Building the Sovereign Stack
Why I’m moving every piece of my digital life onto infrastructure I own — and the tools I’m building to make it manageable.
Agents · Autonomy · Sovereign Stack
I’m Andrew Pappas — I build AI agents, autonomous systems, and the self-hosted infrastructure that ties them together.
I’m a technologist, builder, and aspiring entrepreneur based in Indiana. By day I optimize Microsoft Copilot workflows at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. By night (and weekends, and early mornings) I build the Claw ecosystem — a constellation of AI agents, self-hosted infrastructure, and Web3 experiments orbiting the smtp.eth domain.
I believe in owning your stack, understanding every layer, and building tools that give you leverage rather than lock-in.
