agentic-ops-playbooks is a public living index of operational incident playbooks and doctrine from a real single-operator agent gateway. The door is the GitHub repo itself — root markdown files and a README documents table. There is no hosted docs site (GitHub Pages for this path is 404; has_pages:false).

Pipeline
Publish by editing markdown playbooks in the public repo and merging to main. Artifacts live at the repo root (not a separate docs/ site). Thin docs CI (.github/workflows/docs.yml) checks relative markdown links. This hub does not host or deploy the playbooks — strangers read them on GitHub.
Allowed captures
Two honest public GitHub crops only — README blob (title through The documents table, all six rows) and the main-branch file tree (six playbook .md files + CLAUDE.md/LICENSE/README). No family UI, no secrets, no stolen X, no invented hosted MkDocs.
Host and cache
- Host: public GitHub repository fuzzywigg/agentic-ops-playbooks (private:false). Not deployed as GitHub Pages or MkDocs — fuzzywigg.github.io/agentic-ops-playbooks returned HTTP 404; API has_pages:false (verified 2026-09-26).
- Primary artifacts at repo root: controls-that-lie.md, exit-codes-for-unattended-jobs.md, model-lifecycle.md, exec-policy.md, remote-control.md, night-shift.md, plus README.md, CLAUDE.md, and MIT LICENSE.
- README framing: living index (not a product) of incident playbooks and doctrine from a real production agent gateway; each incident playbook documents a defect observed live, verified, and fixed. Doctrine docs state operating rules / pre-mortems.
- Thin CI: .github/workflows/docs.yml verifies relative markdown links offline (README Checks section). No app build — Markdown only.
- Repo description (GitHub About): “Operational doctrine from a real production agent gateway — controls that lie, exit-code discipline, model lifecycle, exec policy. Learned the expensive way.” License: MIT. About text still names the original four themes; live tree/README table list six documents.
- This hub only links the public GitHub door. No private gateway, operator console, or internal audit artifacts are linked here.
